Today I did Cardio Core Circuit minus abs and then added on pop pilates abs on fire - whoa! try that one if you get the chance.

It's Monday!!!!!

Hi ladies,

Today was Imax 2 segments 1-8, didn't have quite enough time for the last two segments, but 50 minutes worked fine.
