Today's workouts:

Blender- "Giant Sets: Biceps, Triceps, Shoulders, & Legs" - 36 min.
Hydrow Circuit Training- 10 min. "Upper Body Burn" Rowing & Weights EMOM

Hi ladies,

Today I found a new to me Aeroboxe Cardio put out by TOPLIFE Academia. Yes, it was more than likely in Spanish but since you couldn't hear the instructor it didn't matter. Very fast paced boxing workout that was 39 minutes long. I sweated. I did not wear any gloves or wrist weights because of the speed in which the guy did the moves. There was 1 lone kick in the whole thing thus the reason I am calling it a boxing workout.

I did like it, the video cut off before he finished the last stretch but the stretching was just over 6.5 minutes so you still got a very good cooldown stretch.

This one I may do again, nothing complicated and no combos to learn.

Nice workouts so far ladies.

Hardcore Stretch Max #3 with bands for 18 minutes
130 jump ropes (ropeless)

Turbo Fire- Low HiiT 20 Class= 20 Min
YT- Kaleigh Cohen Cycling - 20 min, Calorie Burn Cycle = 21 Min

Lift, Move, Restore: Functional Mobility Fusion- Timesaver#2- Warm up + Basic Mobility= 18 Min - Tried it and liked it!
