Good Morning Everyone,

Today I did more T&D - 37 minute cardio workout. It was tough and I was distracted chatting with my DH as he was getting ready to see his Personal Trainer.

Annette - How did I forget those details? Plus, KB gives you a higher calorie burn and you seem to like it
Linda - I hope you are enjoying your workout :)

Nicki, Nora and Deanna - I hope y'all get in a workout today, time permitting

Nice 37 min. T&D cardio workout this AM Siobhan!

Today's workouts:

KCM- Strong & Lean- Workout # 1- Strong-- 30 min.
Hydrow Circuit Training- 20 min. "Bundle of Joy" Rowing & Weights AMRAP

Just to explain the title, Bundle of Joy, the trainer's wife had just given birth to their little girl, so I guess they
decided to title the workout Bundle of Joy! Kinda' cute idea!

Ok, here goes:

My knee has been hurting since yesterday, behind the right knee. So working out today was questionable but you know me, I will push through if possible.

So with that said here is what I did today,

I found a longer Ecogym kickboxing workout which was 48 minutes and while it was good it was completely lopsided, she never did the combo starting on the other side. I tried doing it opposite of her and managed a couple of good run thrus on the other side. I had on my boxing gloves for most of it. So I finished that one and decided to try another one and do it from the start on the opposite side from the instructor.

So I found a 25 minute more basic one and did that one too. Got over 5200 steps between the 2

So that is my knee hurts cardio kickboxing workout for the day.

Siobhan, husbands are such a distraction, LOL! Nice workout anyway.

Linda nice workout for you too.

Annette, you always find a way! Ecogym kickboxing workout which was 48 minutes and a 25 min more basic one. 5200 steps during that time is awesome!!

Today, I did: LMR Functional Core for 32 minutes and STS 2.0 Stretching for 23 minutes. I also did 100 jump ropes with the ropeless one. Thanks for turning me on to that, Linda! I really like it and will try to do more each day.

YT - Kaleigh Cohen Strength- 40 min. CLASSIC Lower Body Strength Training = 43 Min
YT- Kaleigh Cohen Strength- 10 min Abs Strength with Dumbbells | NO REPEAT = 11 Min
