This morning I did High Step Training Advanced. I just felt like doing it.

Hi ladies,

June Rotation starting today, yeah!

Today was Circuit Blast- I just got this one in a trade. It wasn't hard at all, which always surprises me in a Cathe workout. I was a sweaty mess, but in a good way.
Now, having said that I don't have 8 risers, so I use the 6 that I do have, which was high enough, thanks!
 
I should be back full time now, since school is pretty much over so sub jobs are pretty much finished up for the year.

I did free weights heavy for shoulders, biceps and triceps, then did taebo ab workout, and an express taebo combo workout for some cardio.
