YT-Coach Ali- Shoulders Weight Plate workout - 19 min.
YT-Alyssa Kuhn- 10 min. TRX Legs workout
IFit- "Quick Burn TimeCrunch Elliptical workout #1" - 19 min.

Hi ladies,

Today I did Jamie McKagan 's Cardio Boxing workout off YouTube today. It was 50 minutes with abwork at the end. It was a tough workout.
So that was my cardio for today.

Nice workouts ladies!!

Oh and I wore my boxing gloves for the workout.

Nice workout Annette, with Jamie McKagan 's Cardio Boxing workout off YouTube -50 minutes . I know sometimes you did Kelly’s dvds, if you go to her Coffeyfit channel,
and click on playlists, the first one that comes up is her free workouts, some of them
being boxing, kickboxing. You might want to check it out…..some have ads, & some
don’t….

Just a quick check-in to say hi. I'm taking a recovery week (mostly) Starting today through Sunday. I'll be back at it the following Monday June 9th.

Nicki- You got a lot on your plate right now with packing and moving, and that does count as a workout in my book. Hang in there it won't be long 'til Wednesday with the movers then it won't belong and down the home stretch. Take care and rest :)
