Hi ladies,

Back at the office and it my desk is covered with stuff!!!!

Today was TBT Lower Body , and the core sections from SJP.
 
Hi Conni,

It seems we are punished for being away - no matter what the reason.

Today I tried out Mike Donavanik's Extreme Burn - It was good. I did workout 1 which is 30 minutes of working out (combo moves) then abs. It's tough but no real dread.

Hi gals,

I spent an hour at the gym (10 min. of the treadmill for a warm up) the rest of the time was weights. I also came home (tv is fixed whoo hoo!!!:D) and did 25 min. of Taebo for some cardio. Felt good and burned a whole lot of calories.
