Hydrow- "Low Rhythms" Rowing warmup in Boston - 5 min.
Peloton- Pop Treadmill walk- 20 min.
Blender- Standing & Floor Abs - 10 min.
Blender- STS 2 Add-on: Mini Ball Abs - 5 min.
Blender- STS 2 Add-on: Chair Yoga - 8 min.
