Good morning everyone,

This morning I did Supercuts. I did not do the core section so added on Tabata 3 from Tabatcise sans step recovery. Sweatyyyyyy.


Good workouts from us all this weekend. Conni - I didn't even think of doing one of the workouts. I just wasn't around much this weekend. Next time.... . And Carmen, I would love to attend a road trip one day... one day....

I am planning on doing the first class tomorrow, it looked really good.

Today was GS Back, Biceps, and Shoulders, with the abs from LIC.

Doing well with the eating, that activia is also helping a lot. Thank you Carmen!
 
Hi gals, my goal is to lose 2 more pounds this week so I can be down more for my husband's family reunion on Sat. I CAN DO THIS!!!! Then I would like to lose 2 more before going back to the doctor next Tuesday, we'll see how it goes.

I did the Ultimate Taebo 42 min. of it with weighted gloves on and trying to give it my all. I have shin splints from my walk on Saturday since I hadn't been walking a lot this summer so I am feeling it.:(

Anyway have a great workout!!!:D
