Woohoo aqua girl! Slow and steady!

Cathe Live # 57. This was her first PHA workout. Eight exercises that she planned on repeating x 3 but then repeated six of the moves x 4. I only did two rounds and fast-forwarded straight to the core. Too much repetition. Not a fan! Followed with a 20 minute 80s treadmill walk, wearing my weighted vest.
 
Hey ladies,

Today was 4 hours and 20 minutes at the pool broken down with about 2 hours actually lying in the sun, and 45 minutes in pool doing exercises and the rest of the time just in the pool talking to people because it was HOT!!

I am starting out the week below 180 so I am very happy with that.

I finally gave in and subscribed to Cathe Live and On Demand.
My very first Cathe Live workout!! #547 Nothing But Upper Body for 37 minutes finishing with Step Boss Extended Stretch for 10 minutes. Feels so good to be back working out. :):D
 
Linda, nice workout with CoffeyFit Raw- Total Body Drop Sets/Express - 30 min. I'll be exploring those after I get well acquainted with Cathe Live. Feels like I have a whole new world of Cathe!
