Good Morning Fitties!

At this time a few days ago I was just heading out to walk on the beach!!!!

I think today I'll do a premix from Cardio & weights. I want FUN factor but also to hit some cardio as well as weight, so that should fit the bill.

Today is my 25th wedding anniversary !

I woke up early this morning and flipped on the kitchen light and there was a poster saying Happy 25th in silver glitter , a picture of Dh & I in HH in a silver frame and a beautiful card.......all done secretly by our 16 year old DD. :D :7
What a surprise and nice way to start the day!

No huge plans for today since we just spent a week on vacation but we will pick somewhere special and go out to dinner.
Suggestions??

Have a great day everyone......time for me to workout !

Becky

Happy Anniversary Becky!:)

I have X Legs and Back and ARX on tap for today.

Tonight I am supposed to meet my friend in the park for a run but it's supposed to rain all day today so that may not happen. I guess I can invite her to come to the gym with me if it's raining...

I was supposed to do Shoulders and Arms/ARX y'day but didn't have the time so I created my own heavy shldrs and arms circuit. I had to skip abs though.

Have a great day!

Hi all,

Congrats Becky on 25 years!!! How about a nice Hibachi restaurant???

Today was Gay Gasper All infused step and core workout. Good stuff, and good intensity!

My DH is picking up my HP book at the Post office today!!!!

Becky ~ HAPPY 25th ANNIVERSARY!!!! How sweet of your DD....I hope you had a great day.

Conni ~ Is your back feeling 100% again?

Wendy ~ Good workouts!

Phyllis ~ HSC is killer }(

Hi Tammy, thanks for asking, but I find as I get older the bod just takes longer to heal. Granted, I don't allow much rest for myself, but I am still feeling twinges here and there. I am happy that I can pretty much do the cardio I want, but I am still on lighter weights.
It is funny, but I have been reading on these forums about alot of people having back and neck problems lately. I wonder why that is..but I have no answer of course!

Phyllis - Got my HP book. DS has first dibs, but I pulled it out of the box today and couldn't resist a look. Next thing I knew I was 10 pages in, standing over the kitchen counter with an empty box in one hand and the book in another. I had to force myself to put it down. Patience...patience..

I'm right there with you....everyday a new ache or pain. :( I'm waiting for my turn with HP too!

Okay, I admit it. I didn't do L&B/ARX today after all!:p

I did B&G Floorwork and Abs Premix w/6 sets of pull ups and 2 sets of calf raises...just for fun!;)

Tomorrow is yoga and then an evening run in the park with my friend.

Cheers!:)
