Good morning everyone,

This morning I did not feel like getting out of bed. I ended up doing Jari Love's Ripped to the Core - the blue one. I added on Tabatacise round 5 to finish things off.

Have a good day my friends in fitness. It's bitter cold here today.

Couldn't even get time to get on the computer this weekend, very busy!

Saturday - Hard Strikes and Core 1.
Sunday - Bis and Tris
Today - Cardio Leg Blast and Core 2.

I have been burnin' on the Xtrain!
 
Hi Ladies I havent workout in three days and felt that today I really needed cardio. I did TJ Cardio Party with weighted gloves then added in Tabata 1 skipping the warm up and only part of core 1. I get a cramp in upper ab area when I do these core workouts :(. I could really feel this workout today.

We are off from work today for MLK Holiday. Enjoying the day with my husband.
