Hi ladies,

RWH legs today - I did much better than last time, but I did lower my weight in a few sections which was just fine with me, lol.

Have a doable Monday..
 
Hi Conni,

Today I did RWH LIHI Chest/tri's/shoulders. I finished with a 15 minute Dasha Libin KB Scorcer 2 a5 minute Tabata Segment.

I am loving RWH!!!!! I can't get enough of it and I am seeing amazing results in my mid section and arms. Whoa!

Hi gals,

I did a 21 min. premix off of KCM 30 Minutes to Fitness Kickbox and then went to the gym for 35 min. I tried shoulders again but went light so as to not hurt the one shoulder again. Also worked abs, little legs, chest, biceps and triceps.
