Today its Peak 10 Cardio for me. I'm sore from yesterday's workout.

Late check in

I had a doable day . Started it off with Classic Firm Vol#1. Work was work...BLECH! My MIL is in the hospital I work at, so I checked in with her throughout the day. Say a prayer please, she has a lot going on that is taking all of us by surprise
