Hi gals,
Today I taught my aerobic dance circuit to 10 ladies for 60 minutes. They want to do the Disco circuit workout again on Wednesday , I have barely recovered from Friday 's class [emoji44].
Then after that I did 50 minutes of weight work including barbell squats, incline chest press along with barbell chest press and dumbbell flies. Also did the calf raise machine and the leg press machine , along with some bicep, tricep , back and shoulder work, then some ab work.
My legs were sore all weekend from the squats I did on Friday [emoji52].
