Hi gals,

After a restless night, and still not completely well, I made it to the gym to teach my aerobic dance circuit to 9 ladies . After that I did 55 minutes of weight work including abs and legs even squats. There were lots of breaks and my weight wasn't as heavy but I still managed a good workout.

Very windy here today.

Where is everyone? Now I am subbing for the Zumba lady on Thursday of this week and Tuesday of next week. Just pray I can be well enough to teach these 2 extra days.

Hellooooo! Jeez girl you still kick butt when you're not feeling well!! I'm envious. Just be sure to get rest and good nutrition too. I did Cathe Live #85. ICE upper and lower Hiit. It was really nice. Good evening to all who follow! Have a good one !

Today I took a rest day. Annette - i hope you are feeling better! I am not sure i could teach a class while ill. you are dedicated.

I hope to see you all tomorrow although i feel as if i am coming down with something myself.

My back is really bothering me today. I might get in some ball rolling/release later tonight. Yesterday, I did speed walking outside & didn't have time when I got home for much.

Whoa, I am late checking in for Monday! I only did a blender 16 min. Xtrain compound workout last night.
Didn't feel the best & time was short, but wanted to get something in. Will try to do better today :)
