Daily Check In Monday Feb. 20

Good morning ladies! Dreading going to work more and more these days. Sometimes I feel I'm on hidden camera with some of the crazy stuff that's said around me.:confused: Lot of comments lately that could get people in trouble with EEO if you know what I mean...I've never experienced such racial prejudice as I have here working in SWF.

I have a late meeting tonight so not sure I'll get a full blown workout in but will try for a short bodyrock one.

Hi Carmen,

Thanks for starting us off. I am sorry you are experiencing problems at your workplace. It sounds like some "targets" are being created around there. Hang in there, stay strong. The real "troublemakers" will eventually be weeded out.

Today was Lower Body. I got up too late to do B & G so I did Tracey's Lower Body Part Series, then the stability ball workout from B & G.

I am checking in late. I was out of town this weekend - didn't want to post on here until I was back....

I just finished doing Cathe's Gym Styles - chest and triceps. My rotator cuff is still bothering me on my right side, from some workout I did a while back - maybe michelle doizois or a kcm - i forget. I also added on Cathe's step premix from cardio supersets. It's not as tough as Athletic Training's step but it's still a goodie. I just gravitate to cardio supersets more than any other workout. I just love it. No dread whatsoeverrrrrrr.

Carmen - I am sorry for your discomfort. I have had some crap of my own at work lately - nothing I can't manage but stuff that should never have happened.
