I haven't done that workout in a long time. I did the step portion from Cathe's greatest hits and it was just plain fun - like you said.
This morning I did 4DS lower body/bootcamp premix. That is one sweatfest. I added on a short H/C bootcamp (ab only) segment + 22 minute Tara Lee yoga segment from Earth.
Hi ladies, I took the weekend off from working out. Today I called in sick and just completed various kettlebell exercises with jump rope and burpees in between. Good and sweaty.
