Thanks for getting us rolling today.

Today was 4DS Upper Body premix, and I added the core section from LIS.

I need my coffee now....
 
Hi Ladies back with my coffee......Today its Total body Trisets upper body and Slide and Glide on the rotation.

My glutes are feeling it this morning from yesterday's workout. Who knew dixie cups and paper plates were not just for picnics!:eek:

Hi ladies,

It's monday - my last day off from work. I will pick the kids up at lunch so that's a nice treat.

Today I did Cardiosupersets express + step - 47 minutes. I might do some yoga later. I ended up going back last night and finishing PS Back and Biceps. I just love traditional Cathe. Well, I love anything Cathe 'cos I love Cathe.

Carmen - The upper body trisets workout feels long to me but the lower body flies by. Both are great workouts. I've even done them together - wow.

Conni - Upper body for you too today!!!

I added later a Gym Styles Legs premix - 33 minutes. It was good.
