I waited for someone to start us off this morning but there was only silence....

Tammy - I am so used to you starting things in the morning!

Conni - Too funny about the yoga max comment. You are one straight shootin' lady!

This morning I did Taebo get ripped extreme + Tracey Mallett Quick Blast Rock Hard Abs & Buns.

Have a good day everyone. No layoffs til at least next summer and today is our office xmas party. yeah!

Thanks for getting us going, I guess Tammy needed to sleep this morning ( hope everything's okay over there girl...).

People at work tell me I say what everyone else is thinking. Can it get me into trouble? Sometimes, but mostly you know that I am always honest and straightforward. I think it comes from dealing with doctors for so many years with DH....lol..

Anyways, if I come across too blunt, please forgive me. There is no harm in what I say, I try to at least think that far into my brain before it comes out of my mouth..

Today was Slide and Glide in it's entirety. Afterwards I said, "well, Cathe nailed a gliding workout, that's for sure." She really did a good job in using those gliding discs for so many different uses. It is not that hard of a workout, but it is a different way to use my muscles than my body has been used to, and that is always a plus!

I am off today, but have errands to run, have to take DS to the doctor this afternoon, then he has his xmas orchestra concert tonight. Whew...
 
Happy Monday everyone! today was a short intense bodyweight workout consisting of squat/swings; burpees; power lunges,tricep pushups, inverted shoulder press, bicycle ab move. Good workout.

I love hearing the reviews of Cathe's new workouts. Not sure if I want just a couple of the highlighted ones or the entire series.
