Hi Ladies,

Happy Monday...not! Back to work today and sorting through my piles..ugggh.

Had a great day at the golf tournament, got to see everybody and had a great time.
Today was Legs - I did PLB and then the Stability Ball segment from BG.

I took today off from work :D My workout for the day will be MTV Pilates Mix workouts 1 and 2. After that I have a few errands to run and then some chores to catch up on.

Conni ~ Thanks for getting us started...glad you had a great day at the tourney yesterday. Hope your first day back @ work goes well.
 
Good morning ladies. Today is legs so its either PLB or SP 90 legs. Ill let u know which I did.

Hi everyone,

sometimes I just don't know what some of those acronyms mean.... here and elsewhere. maybe in a few more years, once I've done more home dvd's.

this morning I did STS back and triceps + 2 cycles of Michelle Doizois's cardio interval burn (i think). long workout but it was good. drenched in sweat with michelle.

i might do a quick pilates tonight

good workouts everyone. such committment.
