Good Morning Everyone,

Today I did Fit Body by Lisa on youtube - a lower body/hiit workout. It was tough. I have to modify a lot. I added on pilates by lisa - also tough.

I will pre-order the new series + the spin dvd as I plan to eventually buy a spin bike.

Anyone else buying the series? It looks really good to me.

It's my first day of my weekly rotation and I actually stuck to it.

Total w/o time of 92 minutes nd sevarl liters of sweat!!!

My triceps had apparently not fully recoved from the pump I did Saturday so I struggled nd hd to go down in weight already in round 2.

Definitely pre-ordering strong and sweaty, but no ride dvd. I already have a standing heavy bag, step, barbell and half a zillion weights and kettlebells taking up a lot of space considering I am the only one using them, so a spinning bike is out of the question.

Today I spent the morning working on the new workouts I have put together for my class this week and next week I start 3 days a week so I needed more workouts. So that was an hour and 45 min. of doing my own workouts to make sure they fit the music, I will have to tweak one of them. Then to the gym for 13 min. on the stair machine and 40 min. of weight work all dumbbells and abs. I had already done some weight work in the practice doing my own workout for the class, so I got double on some things.

FitbyJulia's HiiTs are BRUTAL!!! Have you tried her shredded ones yet Ceci? I like those. Not sure if I can do her high box jumps though!!

My pace was marketly slower. I did an 8 min Barre Arm series from youtube + CTX Back section.

Don't think I can afford the full Strong & Sweaty series, but will be waiting to order Giant Sets one for sure! Just a lot going on this year. We are paying rent at two spots in September ..couldn't be avoided.
