Today's workouts:

KCM-Build & Burn- "Upper Body SuperSets"- Premix: Upper Body Mix- 2 SuperSets - 21 min.
Blender- "Lower Body Companion # 2"- 18 min.
YT-Phoenix Nation- Ropeless Jump Rope Workout # 1 (with warmup & cooldown/stretch) - 17 min.
(Nora, this is a new series that Winter is doing, so far, there is a # 1 & # 2 on there)

Linda - I love the title of your lower body workout. Did you name that?

Yes, as you know, we have to "name" our blender workouts. I have so many, alot of times I have to do # 1's, #2's, etc. I used to be more creative with the titles than I am now. LOL!

Hi ladies,

Yes, I am doing much better. So with that said, today I found the UK's version of Christina Dorner. It is Jamie McKagan of Jamie McKagan Fitness. I found what appears to be her 1 and only Cardio Kickboxing workout on YouTube. Called Cardio Kickbox :50 Minute High Energy Workout, it was good and about 52 minutes with the abwork and stretch. She gives modifications for all that she does and it was very good. I enjoyed myself.

Can't seem to find anymore Kickboxing of hers just other things like regular aerobics, seated workouts, dancy stuff, weight workouts, Latin workouts, mobility and stretching workouts. So hopefully she will put another Cardio Kickboxing workout out soon.

Nice workouts ladies, keep up the good work!!

Hopefully, the gym tomorrow for probably a lighter workout but we'll see.

McKagan kickboxing, and the first 3 that came up was cardio kickboxing…the first
was probably the one you did, but the next 2 said cardio kickboxing, about 38-40
min. Each. Maybe you saw them, but not what you were looking for.

I watched some of one of them, which was like cardio kickbox hiit. I kind of liked her
style, and I noticed that she did show some modifications, which I liked. Might have
to try one of her workouts sometime.
 
Yea, I noticed that both were HIIT which I am not a real fan of, but I might look at them. The one I did had 45 seconds of a move or combo and then 15 seconds of rest. But nothing crazy hard or complicated.

Well, I have a contract on my house! Now I have to find a new one and slim pickins in Florence. My agent is taking me Wednesday to see if I can find something. Hope so!
No workout today. Was busy looking for potential future home!

Sounds fun and hopefully she will have more that one soon, maybe post a comment on her YT page for that workout maybe she'll read and post more. I just saw Linda's more recent post saying there were a few for Jamie McKagen workouts. Linda mentioned that they dis have some HiiT in them, you can always modify impact.
