I should have said... good afternoon!

I am at work - it's lunchtime.

Today I was going to take a rest day or a stretch day. Instead, I chose a short tabata day. I did 1 - 10 minute tabata workout + a 4 minute tabata - all by craig ballantyne. Love these quickies. I had time to meditate too!

Hi gals,

Today was Cathe's MMA Kickbox cardio only (in the middle of this the power went out and came back on so I repeated about 5 minutes of the workout) then to the gym for 15 minutes on the elliptical going backwards and 40 minutes of weight work.

Nice day but very overcast with rain coming.

Hi all.

Did Chisel Cardio today. Another good w/o that gets the heartrate up. Cardio... In the sense of weighted exercises for 1 min to increase heartrate... 2 rounds of several different exercises. Not insanity style, but also not Cathe or KCM cardio fun. I am already starting to really miss Cathe and KCM after just 1 week. I keep thinking w/o is not auper long so I can add on a short one, but if I give the exercises my best and use reasonably heavy weights I am worn out after 30-40min and just want to shower and relax. Not sure how long I can keep this rotation up... I need fun w/o after a day at the office!

Hi ladies, today I did Ice Chiseled upper body. It includes new kinds of exercises with a lot of core work as well. I was not able to go very heavy but nevertheless I felt it. After 3 months of STS a change was needed. As Cathe always says: "change is good". I then added abs bonus 1. And that was it f0r today.
 
Hey! :) I'm very late again I see.

Today ended up being a 2nd Rest day anyway as after my cupping treatment, I was DEAD tired and just went to sleep for a few hours.

As Cathe always says: "change is good".
So true!!
