Daily check in Monday April 30

Good morning I slacked off this weekend:(

This morning I did A.M. Yoga then one round of compound exercises using combination of weights moving as fast as I could gave it my all. Great sweaty results.

Hi Carmen,

I slacked off this morning too - I only did about 40 minutes of Bodystrikes 2 - I really like this workout but it is really quite an intermediate level workout. Next, I meditated for about 15 minutes which was good.

Hi all,

I managed to do 23 min. of a Fat Blasting Taebo workout. Didn't use my weighted gloves so I can see if my tendonitis will get better if I don't use them. I am sooo tired of being in pain especially at night.

Hi again - after work I did another two rounds of the same compound weighted and bodyweight exercises; 50 sec work with 10 sec rest for a total 12 min workout. I was pushin' and hurtin' :)
