Good morning!

I've decided today is the day I start back to a regular exercise program even if it is just 30 minute treadmill walks. I need to get back to doing something! The kitchen is essentially finished. My wood flooring will go in later, we are waiting on Lowes to have their semi-annual 20% sale which will probably be this fall. Also my backsplash needs to be laid, hopefully soon. All the painting is done so I can relax a bit before they start on my bathroom.

Tammy, Phyllis, Patty... I've kept up with some of the RT threads this weekend and it looks like y'all had a blast!

I'll check in this evening and post my workout.

Yes, the RT threads are so fun to look at and read. :D

The guys came 2 bundles short of shingles and when they realized they wouldn't have enough, Lowe's was closed, so it'll be a couple hours tonight, but then they really ARE finally and completely and hopefully FOREVER done with this roof !!! I'll say no more about it.:*

Yesterday was Sean's new PUMP x2 and a 10 mile bike ride.
I have no idea what I'm doing today!!!

Today is upper body (C/S/T) and abs. I've got a lot of CLEANMAX and LAUNDRYMAX to do today :(

I got a great nine hours of sleep last nite :D!

Today was Leaner Legs. I jumped ahead one day of the rotation, so I can do a step workout tomorrow and then do the PUB workout scheduled for the next day. I have to have my cardio~~!
 
Good Monday Morning Ladies

Well I've been pretty much have been finding myself swimming and walking more this summer for exercise than anything else as with everyone home for summer break it has been difficult to workout when I have x number of neighborhood kids camping out in my house all the time .

It's all great though as they are good kids and in 2weeks I'll be back to my normal routine's with Cathe yay (they'll be back in school :7 )

Enjoying the RT photos and know everyone had an awesome time.

Well, I'm back.

I had a very frustrating attempt at working out this morning.
First I tried a step tape that was new to me and I just couldn't get it ....no instruction , just fast moving and I was lost from the start. So I tried something else and I liked it, but it was circuit and I didn't want to do weights, so I kept skipping and missing stuff, etc... then I had a phone call AND my DS stopped by......so after maybe 20 minutes total of anything physical (start & stop) I gave up and called it a day!;(
I know we all have times like that, but I don't like them one bit.

I MIGHT get motivated to try an evening workout but might just call it my rest day.

I hope everyone else has a better experience with their workout today!

Becky; You just described how it's been for me trying to keep up with my normal rotations while the kids have been off on summer break :( it's awful reason why I CAN NOT wait until I have my 'me' time again *sigh*

I think it's one of your favs. :eek: But it just started with a bang and I felt like a horse left behind at the gate.

I think I've done the first section once before too & did fine with it, so don't know if because I skipped her warmup this time , if that made me start too abruptly, or I was just having a very bad day!;(
But I also didn't say that I started out bad.....had NO clean workout clothes and tore through everything, finally settled on PAJAMA shorts and a bra top that was too tight and hurt !:p ha So maybe I was already out of sorts..?
Vilma....I know how you feel. You enjoy the time with your kids and don't want to feel like you want them to rush and go back to school, but MISS your workout time!!!!

LIC got done as planned! Great work out!

I feel MUCH better than I did with my SAD attempt at a workout this morning! Off to the shower!!!:7

Evening all.... I did combos 1 and 2 and the stretch of LIC, 30 minutes which is pretty good considering I had a day like Becky's. I got up at 4 this morning and worked an hour over, 9 hours. Then my cabinet man came at 3 right when I was getting off and fixed something he needed to be fixed and we settled up, all but the ceramic backsplash. That will be put on by next week he said.

Also today is my cleaning day and while it only takes about 1 hour and 15 minutes to clean my house, that eat into my time. 30 minute workout is better than I've been doing, I'll take it! Hopefully tomorrow I'll be able to put in an hour.

I promise to share pictures with you. I really want to get my backsplash on first to hide the hideous blue/cream wallpaper that is still showing there. I repainted my kitchen, so the rest of it looks good. I'll add the entire finished kitchen to my picture trail when it is finished.

It is sooo good to be back!!!

G'nite y'all...I have been working since I woke up.... and it just caught up with me...5 AM is going to HURT!!!!!
