Daily Check-In Monday 6/13

Good Morning!

I didn't want to get out of bed this morning, but I knew I would regret that decision later so...here I am! ;) Today is kettlebells and push-ups. I think I'm going to do AOS Newport.

I had lotsa sleep but didn't feel like getting outta bed either tammy - had similar thoughts as you so eventually jumped up and did Cathe's LBB. Goodness I love that workout. No dread, no boredom just keeps moving along quickly with a cardio element so HR stays high. I'm drenched.

Busy week ahead - my daughter has confirmation mid-week. All she cares about are the dress and shoes. She's an organized faith resister but was willing to compromise her values for a pretty dress and new shoes.

Good morning ladies - I didnt want to get out of bed either...so I stayed in another half hour and now I'm rushing.

Today after work its GS Chest & Tri and I will do 12 min of interval jump rope instead of the 20 min run.

Good morning ladies.

Today was a rest day - I did Gay's URX -MT cardio metabolic workout. It was okay, I really didn't need her telling me she was going to "kick my ass". Somehow it didn't seem very real coming out of her mouth. The set looked like a messy garage or something. I don't know if I will keep this one...I added CLX Recharge.

It is a good Monday here in Ohio, though, Lebron lost last night!
 
Hi all, I told you I would be back this week, I did PUB up only premix then did -PSSL&A abwork, and then did Kelly Coffey-Meyers' 30 Min. to Fitness 21 Min. premix for kickboxing. So I did a little bit of everything, and it felt good. The abs actually hurt so you know I am out of shape when that happens.

But hopefully I will be able to lose a few pounds before my son's graduation on the 25th of June.
