Today is cardio, I think I'll do CTX All Step and finish with my 200 swings.

Good morning all! Today is SP 90 Ultimate Ball. May add in some cardio. Have any of you ever worked out with a sandbag? I was thinking about getting one. Zuzana on Bodyrock uses it quite a bit.

Connie - I'm also interested in the rebounder. Is that a mini trampoline? Do you use it for step routines? Do you actually step off it or just jump on it. Sounds like fun.

Hello all!

Sorry I've been gone awhile; I live in north Alabama which was right in the middle of last week's tornado outbreak. We're fine, but the community is in disaster recovery mode right now and workouts have kind of fallen by the wayside for the next few days at least. Thousands of people have lost their homes, over 250 were killed, many are still without electricity or water, but the community is amazingly upbeat and has come together in a remarkable way. We're very sad about those who were killed, injured, or have lost their homes; but we're also celebrating life-We're alive! :)
 
wow! that's remarkable. And so sad at the same time. I've never experienced a disaster. I sure hope things get back to normal sooner rather than later for you and everyone.

although i have been working out - i don't have to work so hard anymore - the fitness challenge is over 'cos it's now may.
