Phyllis - I did RS Saturday. FUN FUN!

Yesterday I did BM2 double UB but did not double the bi's, tri's or abs.

Today is DM "cardio leg scuplt" and Core Max "balance core".

Just finished CC #4 and still have PLB with abs to do once I get back from dropping off the kidlets at school this am.

I am going to try to get up at 4 am to get my TM runs with Coach Sean or Itreads before the rest of the family gets up and then do my weight work afterwards.

Actually feels good to be able to workout before they get up I just need to be consistent with it.

This weekend was rest days for me as I felt sick from our trip on Friday - too much sun, strenuous activities and apparently not enough water :( next time I'll prepare my back pack better.

Vilma-- I wake up at 4:30 a.m. and workout about 5ish before my kids get up. I love having the house "all to myself" (DH is off to work as I go to the basement) and I love being done for the day with workouts by the time its time to wake older DS. I hope you can get up at 4 (its hard the first week) and enjoy your morning workouts!

Hi everyone,

I get up at 4:00 am to get my private time in also, Deanie. DH gets up and goes to work while I am downstairs, so this time is my own!

Missed everyone yesterday, Tammy and I seemed to be the lone check in souls!

Today was interval cardio - I did Kelly's Cardio Kicks and core workout. Great step boxing!
 
Vilma, it is difficult to get into the habit of waking early. You just have to keep doing it. The catch is that you need to go to bed earlier. Unfortuanately I have found that you can't have it both ways. I cant stay up to 11 and still get up at 4:30. So, my bedtime is 9:30. Thank goodness for DVR!! I agree with Deanie, I love having the house to myself in the morning. :)

Thanks guys I used to years ago get up and work out at 4 am but thats when my youngest was a baby and still nursing lol.

It's not easy but I need to do this as my husband works evenings now and complains about my workout times interrupting 'his' time with me *sighs* We had a lil argument last week about how much time I spend exercising and not giving him his time. So I figured this way I can give myself my time that I want to do my cardio and weights without too much griping from him.

I did get up at 4:15 and by 4:30 I was on my TM listening to Coach Sean in CC #4, but I was done and had enough time for a good stretch before I had to get in the kitchen and make my gang their cream of wheat and eggs before I woke them up at 6am.

I just need to keep doing this as I felt really good doing this for me; like I said I just need to stay consistent. :)

I did Cardio conditioning premix from KPC plus KPC Stab. ball abs and stretch!
