I just finished S&H Back + P/H Back + 4DS kickboxing. I really didn't do a great warm up so heart rate was really slow to rise. And, due to back issues I cannot do deadlifts and don't know a good alternative for it.
I'm doing one of FF's rotations.
Thanks for the well wishes Carmen and Conni. It's been a long 2 years but most of the work is done so I'm able to chip in around the house again. As i've been saying to my kids this past week - mommy's back!
