Good Morning Glories!

How is everyone doing today? Mondays are bad enough, but Monday after four days off from work.....Bloody Blargh!!

I have cardio on the rotation for today. I think I'm going to try MMA Kickbox. So far I have done Athletic Step and the 30/30 HiiT.

Good Morning !

DH is back to work today too- happily it's a 3 day work week. UNHAPPILY, it snowed & is only 19 degrees this morning !!!!!!

My rotation has fallen apart so I'm not sure WHAT workout I'll do. I'm dying to try all of the new SC but that WILL be my rotation for Jan. so I MIGHT do something else.........still undecided as usual ! lol

Tammy, what did you think of 30/30. I keep reading stuff that scares me !!!!!!!

Becky ~ 30/30 HiiT starts out innocently enough, but by the end I was a frightful mess!! :eek: At some point during the workout Cathe remarks that the crew voted 30/30 the easiest of the Hiit workouts...HOLY MOLEY BATMAN!!

Sorry so late today, DH had a procedure at the hospital this morning, and we just got home.
I did Jillian's No More Trouble Zones. That woman really knows how to pack a punch in an hour!

Any more reviews on SC??? I am curious as to what is worth having..
 
Hi Everyone - this is the last week of the Dec rotation for me but I dont have CTX and I dont know what I have that's close. Can you help me? Here is the rotation:
WEEK FOUR:
Mon….CTX..Power Circuit (warm up, cardio, abs and stretch only)…approx 47
Tues….CTX 10-10-10…(warm up and cardio only…approx 45 min)
Wed….CTX All Step (warm up, cardio, abs and stretch ..approx 45 min)
Thurs….CTX Kickbox…(warm up, kickbox, abs and stretch ..approx 49 min)
Fri…..CTX Step and Intervals (warm up, cardio, ONLY, approx 31 min) PLUS Body Max Two..upper Body Weights/abs/stretch only (about 35 minutes)

Sat….CTX….Leaner Legs (as is approx 45 min)
Sun….OFF

Is CTX circuit or is this week's rotation all cardio? I have 4DS, BM2, BC, ME, MM, SB, SJP, DM, L&G, LIC, LS. What can I substitute for this week?

Hi everybody - I ended up doing another tabata style workout I found on madefittv.com (or something like that). I find the workouts very challenging.

I guess its cardio for me for the rest of the week. Trying to find interesting ways of getting it in. I dont have a treadmill or bike. But the weather has been mild so perhaps a run with cardio coach for tomorrow.

Hi All!

SC Kickbox is fantastic!! :D I HATE kickbox, but this one is a winner. The ab work is unbelievable...the best I have ever done. The ab DOMS started shortly after the workout, and they are still hurting :confused: So far I like the three SC workouts I have done.

Carmen ~ I would substitute 4DS for the CTX cardio and BC for CTX Step & Intervals.

Conni ~ I hope your DH is okay...(((HUGS)))
