Good Morning Glories!

Today is CardioKicks, an oldie for sure! I had a crappy workout yesterday, so I'm hoping today's workout goes better. I had a really bad day at work yesterday and it really had an impact on my workout :(

Hi Tammy,

Sorry about your lousy day, I can commiserate. Sometimes all I am asking for is one freaking break, you know? Just one, not alot to ask for, but I guess it is based upon the reality of life.
I did PH today, it was just the "quiver" I need, so hopefully today is a better day.

Phyllis posted on FB that her back still hurts but she's going to work . :(

I need to do weights today. I am trying to figure out a workout. Will bb to post after I'm done.

Hey gang! Yep, going to work, not feeling especially great, but we'll see how it goes. I'm not anticipating much of a workout for a while. I spose when I do get back to it, stretching will be on the agenda.

Tammy, sorry about your crappy workday yesterday. I find it hard to put that stuff out of my mind too.

On, the up side, this back issue gives me a free pass for cleaning!
 
Phyllis- good luck at work today and YAY at the cleaning pass ! :)

I did 30 day shred (60 min.) great workout but in the last circuit , last weight work I tweeked something in my shoulder.(top & front) Hopefully it's nothing......guess I'll see as the day goes on !

Glad you are up and moving Phyllis.

I did most of Gym Style Chest and Triceps today plus the ab work off of PSSL&A. Felt good, wanted to do cardio too but my middle son needed help on his schoolwork so I called it quits.

I changed my work hours today from 8-4 to 9-5 so I can get back to my morning workouts. I never got out of work ontime @ 4 and by the time I got home I rushed through my workouts :mad: Hopefully this will get me back on track. Now all I have to do is clean up my diet :eek:

I had a good workout with CardioKicks this morning. I just love the last 15 minutes of that workout.

Annette ~ Good news about your foot.

Becky ~ hope your shoulder is okay.

Phyllis ~ Take it easy!! Glad I gave you a cleaning pass :D

Conni ~ Glad you had a great workout with PH...I want a do over ;) I hear you on catching a break...UGH!!!
