Hi gang. Today starts my recovery week after meso 2. I DVR 2 Sharon Mann wo's for FitTV. They weren't too bad - OK for recovery. I did about 20 mins of hi/lo and then another 20 of yoga/sculting.

Today was cardio - I did Jillian's Boost Fat and Fight Metabolism, then Amys' core segment 1.

DH, DS and I were out and about yesterday and went over to Five Guys for burgers for the boys. Guess who I ran into? Debbie H.
I had never had the pleasure of meeting her before, although we both email and know we live pretty close to each other. We had a nice, abeit quick chat and we are determined to have a get together so we can really visit. She is so sweet, and a true inspiration on this forum with her kind words.
Small world isn't it?

Five Guys - is that the place that only has burgers and grilled cheese sandwiches?
 
Hey Phyllis - I will definitely pass that on to Debbie. She has been very busy dealing with her MIL, who is in ill health, but hopefully we can hook up in the next few weeks.

Five Guys is a crazy place. They do not have any microwaves or freezers. All their buns are made by local bakeries and delivered daily. They have bags of potatoes all over the place that they make fresh cut fries in 100 pct peanut oil. The meat is fresh and the burgers are huge! I personally love the Kosher Hot dogs, yum!

I will not divulge what Debbie was eating...;)

Hi All!

I actually got up @ 5am and got my workout in early as I had a hair appointment after work. Today was week two of Push #1. I really love these workouts.

Becky ~ Great workout. How are you liking CLX?

Conni ~ Small world, isn't it! Please say hello to Debbie for me next time you see her. We have a 5 guys on the other side of town although I have never been. I've heard it is really good though!
