Good morning! just a quickie to start us off. KPC for me today. Yea, no equipment to drag out!

Saturday we walked 70 min. on the bike path.
Sunday we hiked an hour in the woods.

Today will be weights. I just don't know what/which yet !

Will bb when I decide.

Vilma ~ Enjoy your TM run. I had a nice run yesterday on the treadmill. It was my first run since I hurt my back and I wasn't sure how it would go, but I took my time warming up and it was fine :D
 
Tammy good for you ! I'm thinking I want to do a steady if not nest in my CC cue is v6 Candace's version. Not sure until I get started and how I feel.

Now I really need to log off if I want to get out of here on time .

Good Morning

Today was Push Pull upper body 3X and kettle bell tutorial with the kettlebell today. Wow was the tutorial hard. I am unsure if I want to do the kettlebell again on my own. I think my form is really bad, I feel it in my lower back. I would really like to look into getting some personal instruction. I don't know if its the weight I picked, or its just so different and I have to get used to it. Also, on the Turkish getup, I'm good on the right side, but can't figure out how to get up and back down on the left side!!!LOL:eek: I definitely need to work on it!!

Hi everyone,

Happy Monday to all..

Today was first day of the new rotation - I think it was Deanie or Becky that mentioned doing the Upper Body Weights of 4DS and skipping the last round of each section to make seem less...long! I really liked it that way and it was still a solid hour of upper body work.
I added on BM abs as well.

I'm still sick... but I am caught up on my sleep since working a double on Sat. night and then going back in Sunday afternoon. I am also down in weight so between working a double and being sick I might make my Thanksgiving goal for my weight as long as I don't gain it back after I feel better. Have a great day!!

Rest day for me.
