Hi everyone,

Happy Monday everyone, SB on the list today, but I subbed Gay Gasper's 2601 step workout and core. Just as intense,imo.

PH tomorrow, Tammy, looking forward to it.

Phyllis - I am not a fan of pot roast, but it is cheap and filling. It turned out good, but I am glad to be done with it.
I did make my white chocolate macadamia nut blondies and put them in the freezer for xmas. The baking has officially begun!

Well, ladies, I did something very wrong today. While doing my chest and back WO, I did something horrible to my lower back. I was doing BB rows and I didn't feel the pain until I set the weight down. Damn, I wish I could rewind this morning and do it again! As soon as I set the BB down, I felt a jarring pain in my back and down my right leg. It was awful! DH was so good to me! I called out today and here I sit/lay on the couch! Ugh! I don't like being down. :( So, send me some healing vibes, OK? OK, rant over and I feel better!!
 
Oh Phyllis ! I have done that before and it's awful ! Back problems are the worse ! I hope yours is a very speedy recovery . Just take it easy......maybe try a heating pad and advil ? That seems to help me sometimes.

Praying for a quick healing, Phyllis and for the pain to be gone.

I did a whole taebo workout (45 min.) today with weighted gloves on and my slippers for my workout. It felt good to do the whole thing. Basically no pain either which is nice. I get out of the boot and back into shoes on Wed. and I can't wait.

I've taken 3 Tylenol so far and they seemed to have helped. Yes, I believe it's getting better already! I'm thinking that there aren't any weights in my immediate future. This is kinda like a wake up call. I'm not as young as I used to be and I better be careful with what I do!

I haven't put the TV on yet. I hate the thought of daytime TV. Thanks goodness for digital cable!!
 
Phyllis, you might consider Advil or Aleve over Tylenol for something like this. They help with inflammation , not just the pain.
Glad you are starting to feel better already.
I don't know HOW Cathe does all that she does......she is 1 year younger than me , and I wonder when she's going to show ANY sign of slowing down !!!
So far I don't see even a hint................
