Daily check in Mon April 24

Thanks Phyllis... it is so good to be home! I really need my routine back!! I don't go back to work until Thursday so I have a few days to recover.

I took one step back to my routine today. I actually worked out!! Jet lag has had me feeling rather lethargic since I got home Saturday evening.

I did TimeSaver #1 and did okay. It is 8:15 p.m. and still awake so maybe I am adjusting back to this time zone.
 
Daily Check-in

I did the second segment of Total Body Stretching last night and Cardio Kicks again this morning followed by the planks and abs from CTX Kickbox. My eating was clean according to plan, and I drank a gallon of water again. My meals and snacks are packed for tomorrow. I am off to enjoy my bubble bath and the second segment of Total Body Stretching.

Sandra: Thanks...I'm thinking I really need to get that vegan cookbook. I also may have to *GASP* enter a grocery store to stock up on some fruits and veggies and other E2L necessities. DH does all of the grocery shopping and I am very grateful, but...he's a guy...LOL!
