Another distracted week ahead, today I taught my aerobic dance cardio only workout to 8 ladies for 50 minutes.
Then I did 45 minutes of weight work for my heavy day, but I was not focused and pretty much dropped the barbell with very little control onto my chest. Some young man had to co come to my rescue[emoji55].
Thankfully I didn't hurt myself. I went onto finish my workout but I can already tell you this will not be a very focused week, too much going on.
