Good Monday Morning Ladies!

Didn't want to get out of bed this morning but my household is going back to normal after our company left Saturday; amazing how daily routines get put aside when family from out of town come and spend time with us.

Today I plan on CC #4 and the combo premix of PLB/PUB.

I just can't believe it's already Monday!!!

I am starting the May07 rotation today. It is using all premixes.
Today is DM -cardio & Upperbody! I've loved the last few months (BBC and 4DS) but am ready to change it up!}(

Good Morning all

This week I am taking a few days off! I did something to my back (not bad) and I would rather take a few days off than a month if I continue to lift heavy and really pull something. So this weekend I worked my upper body by stripping paint off a peice of furnature (a dresser) and boy is my right arm sore! LOL now I need to even my arms out:)

Good morning.

It was a wierd weekend for me. I didn't do whole lot. I did download CC#4. It's a first for me. I'll be travelling at the end of the month and plan to on a rendevous with Coach Sean in the fitness room ;)

I had a headache this AM and didn't workout. KM was on the rotation adn I just did that a week or so ago.Hmm - I may have to swap that one.

I did Amy's APX Lower Body workout today, and my legs are still twitching a bit.
I am drinking this coffee like there is no tomorrow, I need to peel my eyes open!

Yes, it's me, don't pass out now.. :)

After a week of whining and I don't wanna, I'm back in the land of the living. Poor Becky had to listen to all that whining. :p

Becky and I are doing the May 07 rotation so today was DM cardio and UB premix for me too.

Glad to be back.

Oh, DD and I did hike yesterday on one of the LONG trails with the stairway to heaven at the very end. I made it up huffing and puffing but I made it. 5 mile hike, 2.5 up and 2.5 down. We did it in 2 hours 15 minutes.

Today was another treadmill run...I'm just lovin' the treadmill these days. I think I'm kinda burnt out on Cathe, so it will be the treadmill for a while. I'm also adding in abs everyday.

Jane ~ Your hike sounds fabulous. I think Patti (Beavs) and I may go for a hike together this spring.

I moved to my new desk this afternoon. I didn't get the chance to organize anything, but hopefully tomorrow I'll have the time to set up my desk the way that I want it.
