WOW!! I'm first and it is late(ish).

Today was 30 min. of Taebo Max, then to the gym for 12 min. on the stair machine and then 45 min. of weight work using the cables and dumbbells and the barbell only for biceps (no chest barbell today). Really nice workout and the gym manager is ok with me taking the Silver and Fit training so that is a go.

Congrats on getting the green light Annette. Any idea when you will start with the training?

I did a Cathe Live again this morning surprise surprise. I am at my sister's house where the floor space is limited, but I managed to move toys aside and find two 4kg kettlebells to use instead of dumbells so I could do Cardio & Core. At first I thought... This is light cardio and won't give a great burn, but I was enjoying it and thinking next time I do it I will pause after each core section and repeat it, but then the cardio caught up with me and got more intense, esp round 5 with burpees and snow angels. I was also extremely happy when Cathe decided to repeat all 5 core sections back to back at the end. Great choice!

Rest of the morning was spent at an outlet center, then relaxing in the garden followed by all you can eat sushi for dinner. I feel like I need an extra 3 live classes today for all I ate! Oops... But it's a vacation, so it's normal to indulge and at least I am still doing my w/o's during this vacation. Still a lot of yummy Danish food that I have to eat before going to home.

I will have to see if I can get my sister to join my w/o tomorrow. She was driving her kids to school when I started today, then again she hadn't sounded too keen when I suggested it the day before. Last time she visited me she did Heather Corndorff's Kickbox Burn with me... Quite a killer if you do not w/o on a regular basis.

Henriette, I have to email the lady to register and pay. Then the training is online and I will shadow the current teacher for a few classes. But I have to pass the online modules first.
 
So exciting! Btw... I already got you a Dutch thimble and now on Friday I will try to find a Danish one for you when I go into Copenhagen City center.

Henriette, great thing that you can do your w/s during your vacation. I rarely do.. And yes it is ok to indulge with yummi food!
Today I did Mma kickboxing, I would say a light workout but good to recover+ the ball section of Stretch Max. I ought to do more stretch as I am not that flexible but I tend to spend my "me" time to do a complete full workout doing just the stretch at the end. It has been raining heavily since yesterstay and it is supposed to last until Sunday...☹️
 
Oh boy... Raining for that many days. Here in Denmark it is still over 20 degrees Celsius. Tomorrow should also be warm and then from Friday onwards it will be around 10-12 degrees again.

And I know what you mean about the stretching. I really should try more Yoga and Pilates so I can get more flexible. At the moment I am only doing Cathe Live... And now after a week and a half I miss lifting heavy, like I did with H&C, but at the samd time I love the Live w/o's. I wish I had time for both and the energy.. Lifting heavy and doing the live and yoga, but combined with my job and all the bball trainings and games and wanting time with my family and books and hooks&yarn, there just isn't enough time.

Hey friends,

bit of a stressful day here, although managed to get in a Amy Dixon 20 minute all over conditioning, 35 min Sleek Tech dancing/standing abs & a good, long stretching session courtesy of StetchIt TV. That felt really good!! :) I HAVE to try & include stretching too, Sandy. My body demands it & demands it more often when I am lifting. Any lifting really ...not just heavy. I like having a stability ball around and just get things in when I have a few minutes.

Henriette, enjoy your nice weather & a sushi supper! All those fatty acids are great for muscle recovery and your brain!!
