Tammy, I had a feeling you'd pick HSTA :).

Teddygirl & Carole, plyo x was great. I think I'm leaving the lean rotation behind. I think I'll enjoy either classic or doubles more.

Carole, I notice you're a runner. I'm thinking of adding it eventually because I enjoy the treadmill, and I used to love running as a girl. However, each time I've tried running outdoors, my entire body ached for days, and I had to take several rest days to recover. I figure I need to lose more weight before adding it regularly, but I'd love to find a way to work it in now. (Outdoor running that is)

Today was P90X Shoulders and Arms. I skipped AbRipper X because I plan to do abs tomorrow. I'm not sure how much of yoga X I'll complete so I'm going to add cardio.

Annette, I can't begin to imagine what you and your family are going through right now, but please know that you remain in my prayers.
