Beautiful morning here, can't wait to get to the pool later today. Doing a family cookout after that, making my famous BBQ chicken. You haven't heard of it? I could have swore it was famous!
Getting ready to do 4DS LIS this morning, then doing some chores around the house.
Today is AOS Newport The company my husband works for funds the city's fireworks and they put on a cookout for some employees on the rooftop of the museum. I'm hoping to get some ShopMax done this afternoon .

We went to the parade this morning.......and planned on a festival this afternoon & fireworks tonight, but there is LOTS of rain on the way . The outdoor stuff might not be happening .

DH and DS ended up golfing, and it is kind of on the cool side, so the pool may have to wait until tomorrow. But that is okay. I did my workout and am doing chores now. Took Sherman on a nice long walk and am putzing around on the computer a bit as well.

I had ME on tap but subbed Jari Love's slim & lean. I got 3/4 thru it and my dvd player quit ! PHYLLIS, do you hear that ? You're not alone !!! I ended up just doing my own biceps and shoulders to finish off, and I hope I did okay, I haven't done S&L in so long , I couldn't remember what she does......but I just tried to burn out biceps with curls and shoulders with a couple different exercises.
Rain, rain, rain..........I hope it stops in time for the fireworks !!
