Good morning everyone,

It's the loooooooooooong weekend.

This morning I did Hardstrikes - cardio portion only + the heavy bag tabatas (which I loved and hadn't done before). I really like hardstrikes. I added 2 pound weights in each hand with my weights gloves for the tabatas. It made it even tougher!

Good Friday everyone! I did the first four cycles of the original Boot Camp. With warm up and stretch it comes in at about 35 min. Good workout when short on time.

S - I dont care for Hard strikes, but I'll have try some of the premixes and tabata drills on there.

Taking mom to the 3 pm services.

Hi ladies,

I also am not a huge fan of HS, but I will try it again soon.
Today was STS Meso 1 Legs week two - long workout but a goodie, I was fried. I did the extended stretch also.
Finished the foyer today, it looks very crisp and clean. Got new sheers and curtain rod for the family room, lamps arrive tomorrow. It is going to look good when everything is put together. Probably another week until the furniture, but that gives me time to move the old stuff and scrub the carpets, etc.
