WOW, I am first, that is amazing.

I did 55 min. of the Ultimate Taebo workout and burned 1335 calories according to Calories Per Hour site whooo hoo!

I am also down almost 2 jean sizes and have lost 13 pounds so far!!!:cool::D

I hope everybody has a great workout and weekend!!:D

This morning I did Pure Strength Legs (no abs).

Annette - I am wondering if you are calculating your calorie burn correctly. For aerobic activity, the average 160 pound person burns around 550 calories in an hour. I am around 130 pounds so I typically burn around 400 calories/hr doing cardio. No matter really - you have achieved a lot with weight loss and going down sizes with whatever it is you are doing!
