Annette - I am wondering if you are calculating your calorie burn correctly. For aerobic activity, the average 160 pound person burns around 550 calories in an hour. I am around 130 pounds so I typically burn around 400 calories/hr doing cardio. No matter really - you have achieved a lot with weight loss and going down sizes with whatever it is you are doing!
