I am in the same boat as you today. All day at the office and then off to give a bball training and then it's weekend and that often involves a late dinner.
I am in the mood for more upper body work perhaps one of the many KCM or Cathe premixes that won't put strain on my legs. A heavy bag boxing only w/o would also be fun.

Today I did the Get Amped Taebo which is 31 minutes long, then I went to the gym to teach my aerobic circuit to 3 members. I am losing my Friday time slot because they are hiring 2 new instructors because one instructor quit. I really don't think the new instructor will have much luck getting the number of participants you need to get paid. We'll see.
Then I did 30 minutes of weight work including abs and legs.
I manged to w/o afterall wohoo!
I rode my mountain bike to the training and as I was running late I had to bike real fast. At one point I was behind one of those mopeds that goes 30km/hr and I matched their speed. So 5km or so there and then back again.
I then had 30min before I had to pick up my son from his training so I did Xtrain Heavy Bag tabatas twice, so 6 tabatas. Good burn and getting real sweaty boxing, no leg work due to my shins.
