Today is CLX Push#3 which will wrap up my first week of the Push phase. I am liking this phase much better than the first burn phase.

Phyllis ~ You know it!! It is the first time I have had a little R & R since I took the new job...:D:eek::D

Today was cardio - I did a non Cathe workout for a change this week!
I did Gays' Step Workout 2701 and core.

Becky - Well, I was laughing at the challenges last night after reading your post about all the stinking puzzles! Is it me or does Jeff's hair get darker each year??

Anyways, I am almost 100 pct sure that villain on the yellow tribe is a total plant by the show to create drama. He is just way too far over the top, imo..

I did PS Chest, Shoulders and Triceps today for my workout.

Men are getting ready to leave for their hunting excursion.. and I need to grocery shop.

Becky - I am going to hang in there just to see if this guy stays around. If he does, then I know this is fixed. He is being way to obvious. I mean, if Marissa spotted him, I am sure everyone else is too...!
 
Becky ~ I wasn't too crazy about some of the combination exercises in Burn as they bothered my back. The push phase is just classic, heavy lifting and I really prefer that. Lifting heavy I am!

I wish the STS workouts were shorter, if they were I would be all over that program.
