Friday is here ladies!!!!

I closed out my week with BM2 - Cardio and Weights premix.

Planning on yard work this weekend, oh joy!!
 
Good morning ladies - I've been missing in action. Work has been super crazy. I've had evening events, early morning events, and no energy to work out. I hope to leave early today after a lunch event and work out. My plan for today is 4DS HIS cardio and weights. I'm picking up where I left off earlier this week.

Good morning ladies,

Hello Carmen - I feel like I haven't seen much from you or Tammy. Tammy is on vacation?

Today I did STS Plyo Legs from meso III - yikes!!!! That was a heart rate booster and a very interesting workout.

I also did Tae Bo Cardio Inferno - he stops too much but it's a fun workout. Big workout this morning and I feel beat already. Busy morning at work.
