Blender- "Chest Day with Core Intervals # 2" - 20 min.
Leslie Sansone- 1 mile walk with the weighted belt- about 20 min.

That's it today!

Good Morning Everyone,

Sorry to be MIA again. The house is in such chaos and my basement is actually not 'workoutable in' due to the reno work being done so... I cannot workout until Sunday. Things should return to normal next week. Great job today Linda!!!
