Today's workouts:

IFit- "Hamilton Island, Australia" Treadmill Endurance Hike- 21 min.
YT-Michelle Briehler- 20 min. Standing Cardio Abs & Thighs with Ankle & Wrist Weights

Today I did:
STS 2.0 Body Parts Shoulders 41 min
STS 2.0 Body Parts Shoulders Bonus for 7 minutes
STS 2.0 Mobility #2 for 18 minutes

Feeling good today!
 
Ok, today nothing was tickling my fancy soooo at the advice of a gym friend I am changing things around with my workouts. So I will be implementing more weight workouts phased in over the next couple of weeks. Hopefully by November I will be weights focused just trying to figure out a rotation or an approach that doesn't overwork my muscles.

So today I stayed home and drug out my bench and proceeded to do my own light weight workout using 8,10 and 12.5 pound dumbbells for an incline bench workout for chest flyes and press. Some tricep exercises(including kickbacks and tricep lying pushing dumbbells up like a chest press but for triceps) , bicep hammer with a twist, lying overhead for back, back rows, Arnold press, front raises, then floorwork for abs, legs and glutes finished with a stretch. All in all just about an hour workout.

And I was trying not to repeat what I had done yesterday at the gym.

Annette, that's really a change up! Nice and thanks for listing all your exercises. Gives me some ideas.

Sorry, girls I had a crazy day yesterday with estate stuff time got away from me and I didn't workout yesterday, sorry.

IFit- "Hamilton Island, Australia" Treadmill Endurance Hike- 21 min.- Australia is gorgeous, so glad I got to visit. You can't beat the scenery to go for a walk in. Love those passport workouts, so cool!

YT-Michelle Briehler- 20 min. Standing Cardio Abs & Thighs with Ankle & Wrist Weights - Ok you had me at standing cardio & abs,etc.. Sounds like a good workout and love the time efficiency, WTG!

Annette- Wow! That does sound like a cool way to change up your workout, great strategy and plan. Great job on your at home weight workout with: bench, light weights, 8,10 and 1.5 db's. Focused on a chest, shoulders, triceps, biceps, and back work. Then finished with floorwork abs, Leg and glute work and the a much deserved stretch. WTG and be amazing!:)

Leslie Sansone- Walk It Off In 30 Days- Burn 30= 31 Min
with 2 pound walking weights each hand

Cathe 4DS Kickbox- Lower Body Weights = 31 Min
Tough one, its been a while and still challenging.
