Good Friday Morning Everyone,
Today I did a mix of 2.0 for biceps (single body part workout) - I did 30/38 minutes. I added on 15 minutes of Boho Beautiful Pilates.
Nice mish mosh this morning Linda. You got in a pretty long workout!
Nicki - did I miss something? Did you hurt your leg? I hope today is a better day for working out. I'm focusing on core and upper body too
Annette and Nora - you got in some good and long workouts yesterday - as usual!!
