IFit- Studio Rowing & Bodyweight Workout- 20 min.

Today I did Xtrain for bi's and tri's - 48 minutes

Linda - a longer workout this morning! I love bodyweight training (but also dread it)
Nicki - Busy day yesterday! I hope today is a bit lighter so you can get in a workout
Annette - have fun this evening!
Nora - I'm sorry you weren't able to get in your workout yesterday. I hope the bruising is gone enough to work out!

I'm trying the November rotation so today was PHA 2. One of my favorites! I love PHA & am hoping there will be more of those DVD's in the future.
