Today I did Xtrain for bi's and tri's - 48 minutes
Linda - a longer workout this morning! I love bodyweight training (but also dread it)
Nicki - Busy day yesterday! I hope today is a bit lighter so you can get in a workout

Nora - I'm sorry you weren't able to get in your workout yesterday. I hope the bruising is gone enough to work out!
